Great beach vibes!

Spent 3 nights enjoying the lovely Beach Wing, super quiet and spacious. Housekeeping was quick when we needed anything, which was great! However, the restaurant lines are a nightmare, and finding a spot at the pool is tough. We did love the poolside snack bar though. Just be ready for the family chaos!

Absolutely loved the stunning grounds and the family-friendly vibes. We had a blast splashing around the pool!

Only one elevator? I felt like I was auditioning for a marathon every time!

Old rooms!!! No functioning elevators and chaos at the breakfast queues!!! Was frustrated by the lack of glassware in the room and overuse of paper cups!!! Definitely needs better management to streamline operations!!!

The hotel's pools are stunning, and the beach is beautifully private, but some aspects fall short. Service on-site felt sparse, and the dining options were pricey with lackluster quality. Still, the clean rooms and friendly staff made for an enjoyable experience overall.

The Caribe Hilton features beautifully landscaped grounds with easy access to the private beach, which is perfect for seniors. The attentive staff ensured our comfort, making our stay enjoyable while we explored the vibrant surroundings of San Juan.

Amazing Beach and Attentive Staff

We had a fantastic stay with amazing beach access and incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable with a lovely view, and the various on-site dining options made it super convenient for meals. However, the A/C in our room didn’t cool as effectively as we hoped, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times, but overall, we truly enjoyed our visit.

The beach area provided beautiful views, and the cushy lounge beds on the deck were a highlight. However, the pool was often cold and could have used some maintenance, while room sizes were quite cramped, especially with young children. The food was good, but the prices were steep, making dining options feel limited outside the hotel.

The beach views from my room were fine. The atmosphere was romantic, perfect for couples. Friendly staff ensured a comfortable stay. Numerous amenities made everything easy to access. The swimming pool was well-maintained and inviting. 🌊

Had an awesome time soaking up the sun by the beach cove and trying out morning yoga during my stay. The pool area was great for unwinding, but the lounge chairs were often snagged early by other guests, which made it a bit tricky to find a spot. Definitely check out the ice cream shop. it’s a sweet treat worth indulging in! 🍦

Our 7-night stay was unforgettable! Enjoyed stunning ocean views from the Beach King Room. The service was top-notch. the staff made us feel at home. Tip, Try the fresh seafood at the on-site restaurant. The beach amenities, like the chairs and umbrellas, added to our relaxation!

This hotel was just a perfect match for a holiday in San Juan with good value. I loved the fresh fruits and juices at the continental breakfast. they were always available and really tasty. Try to take a walk to explore the nearby local restaurant for cheaper food options.
